Outside there is covered patio space to enjoy a semi private sitting area. Option for tenant to receive bi-weekly cleaning for a $200/month fee. Up front $200 turnover cleaning fee.

Pet fee is $450 per pet non-refundable fee for cleaning. Parking is around the back of the unit.
