We take pride in our properties and our quality tenants.  We place all applicants through a background and credit screening.

Our Application fee is $55 per adult listed on the lease. All adults living at the property must be on the lease.

 

Duffield Properties has only a few disqualifying rules:

 

• No Felonies in the last five years.

• No Bankruptcy in the last 7 years

• Credit Score of 600 in order to rent. This can be waived with three months rent paid up front.
